REQUEST FOR BIDS The City of Mount Hope will accept sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) Kubota SVL90-2 Compact Skid Steer or equal until 3:00 p.m. LPT Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the City Superintendent’s office, mailed or hand delivered to 609 Main Street, Mount Hope, WV 25880. Specifications for the SVL90-2 Compact Skid Steer and any options are available at Mount Hope City Hall located at 609 Main Street, Mount Hope, WV 25880 or may be obtained by calling Virgil Kincaid at (304) 640-1500 or City Hall at (304) 877-2211. If utilizing the United States Postal Service to mail sealed bids. please insure that they are mailed in time for delivery to Mount Hope City Hall prior to the 3:00 p.m. deadline. Bids will be opened and read aloud as part of the agenda items for the regularly scheduled meeting of the Mount Hope City Council, which beings at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 14, 2015. A recommendation for the award is contingent on the review of the bid documents may be made on the date of the bid opening.
