Request for Proposals The Huntington WV Housing Authority (HWVHA) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a fully outsourced IT management provider to provide proactive maintenance, support, and other IT related functions. HWVHA desires that the selected vendor only performs the software work on the computers. All hardware purchases will follow HWVHA procurement policy. All proposals must be submitted by mail and must be received by HWVHA on or before Friday, January 20, 2023, no later than 3:00 p.m. EST.
