ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this action is the adoption of J.L.W.W. pursuant to the previously filed Petition for Adoption. Wherein, the Unknown Father of the infant child, J.L.W.W., is hereby notified that this matter shall come on for final hearing before the Honorable Jason Fry, Judge of the Circuit Court of Wayne County, West Virginia, on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., in his courtroom located in the Wayne County Courthouse, 700 Hendricks Street, 2nd Floor, Wayne, West Virginia, at which time the Unknown Father or his representative may appear to defend his action. The Unknown Father is further notified that he may file an Amswer or written defense to the Adoption Petition within thirty (30) days after publication of this notice, by serving a copy of said Answer upon the Petioners’ attorney Noel M. Olivero, Esquire, Sammon, Olivro & Paraschos, PLLC, 652 Sixth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701 and the Cicuit Clerk of Wayne County, 700 Hendricks Street, Wayne, Weest Virginia 25570, and that if he fails to respond he may not receive further notice of this adoption proceeding. The Unknown Father is further notified that his parental rights may be terminated in this proceeding. A copy of the adoption Petition may be obtained by the Unknown Father from the above referenced Circuit Clerk at her office located at the Wayne County Courthouse.
