ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Wirt County Board of Education will be accepting sealed bids for the upcoming Wirt County Schools AVAYA IP Office 500 Phone and Communication System Upgrade. The upgrade will include the software, hardware, and installation of the following at each of the three facilities (Wirt County Primary Center, Middle School, and High School):
* (1)IP Office 500 Server
* (1)Remote Access Card
* (1) 30 Slot Digital Module
* (1) 4 Port Line Card
* (3) Digital Cards
* (1) Combo Card
* (1) 1416 Digital Display/DSS Console-(Secretary)
* (40) 1408 Digital Display Telephones-
(For Classes & Office)
* (1) 4 Port Embedding Voice Messaging System
* (1) Paging Interface
* (*) Reuse Existing Paging Amplifier & Speakers
A sealed bid must be hand-delivered to Wirt County Board of Education, 389 Mulberry Street, Elizabeth, WV 26143, or mailed to Wirt County Board of Education, PO Box 189 Elizabeth, West Virginia 26143 by 11:00 AM, Friday, January 13, 2023. The required completion date for the project is Friday, March 3, 2023. This deadline is applicable if the required materials are available. Bids must be labeled “Wirt County Schools AVAYA IP Office 500 Phone and Communication System Upgrade Project”. The Wirt County Board of Education reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.

The submitted sealed bid must include the following:
1. Provide copy of liability insurance
2. Provide copy of WV Worker’s Compensation coverage
3. Business License
4. Drug-Free Workplace Affidavit
5. Complete W-9
6. Complete No Debt Affidavit
7. If bid is over $25,000 (bond will be required)
