NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Noticeis hereby given that by virtue of authority vested inthe undersigned Trusteeby that ce1iain deed of trust executed by ARBES PROPERTIES & LAND DEVELOPMENT, LLC and CHAD ARBES to KERRYE. ADKINS and MICHAEL D. STEPHENS,. JR.,dated the 22ND day of OCTOBER, 2020, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINOS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2803, at page 66, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain noteset out and described therein,and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS and MICHAEL D. STEPHENS,JR., Trustees, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on MARCH 1, 2023 at 10:00 A.M., at the EAST FRONT DOOR of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of Highlawn Extension as part of Lots A and B Block 253 and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the easterly line of 26th Street, 43.5 feet northerly from its intersection with the northerly line of First Avenue; thence easterly parallel with the First Avenue 80 feet; thence no1iherly and parallel with 26th Street East 36.5 feet; thencewesterly parallel with First Avenue 80 feet to the easterly line of 26th Street; thence with the same southerly 36.5 feet to the beginning and being the westerly80 feet of Lot Band the northerly 80 x 1 1/2 feetof the westerly 80 feet of Lot A in Highlawn Extension as shown on the map of said extension which is of record in the Office of the clerk of the county Commission of Cabell County,West Virginia, in Map Book 1,page 33.
