NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE and Notice of the Beneficiary ervicer’s election to sell property is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vestedin the Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust dated August 30, 2007, executed by Robin R. Hatfield to Robert M.Fletcher, Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Book 2181, at Page 754. Bailey& Slotnick, PLLC was appointed asTrustee by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated January 13, 2023, of recordin the Clerk’s Office in Book 414, at Page 269, and re-recorded in Book 414 atPage 373. The borrower defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and theTrustee has been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. All that certain parcel of real estate,together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging,situate in Grant Tax District, Cabell County, West Virginia, described asfollows: BEING all of Lot 10 of Sunny Slopes Subdivision as the same is moreparticularly shown and designated upon that certain map entitled,”Subdivision Plat of Sunny Slopes for James River Land Development,LLC”, dated August 25, 2002, prepared by J.L. Stephens. P.S., of record inthe Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, WestVirginia, in Map Book 12, Page 158. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust,this property was reported to have an address of: 19 North Slope Drive, Milton,WV 25541. And being the same property conveyed toRobin R. Hatfield from Michael T. McCallister by deed dated August 17, 2007,recorded in the said Clerk’s Office in Book 1177, at Page 249.
