Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of March 2023, at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Logan Bryce Hedges, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing petitioner’s name from Logan Bryce Hedges to Logan Bryce Brookover. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
