It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JENNIFER ANNE MAINE is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that,JENNIFER ANNE MAINE Respondent, serve upon RANDY GENE ALLEN, Petitioner, whose address is 1503 Core Road, Parkersburg, WV 26104, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before April 7, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
