You will take notice that JAE RHYS INVESTMENTS LLC AND JOSHUA ALLEN, the purchaser of the tax lien(s) on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2021-S-00000047, TCT 20X6.3X35 & PT 15 9 LUBECK HILLS ADN SEC A 341, located in LUBECK, which was returned delinquent in the name of LINKO-LOOPER CHASE, and for which the tax lien(s) theron was sold by the sheriff of Wood County at the sale of delinquent taxes on 10th day of November, 2021, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after April 10, 2023 as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount you will have to pay on the last day, April 9, 2023 will be as follows:
