Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of March 2023, at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Caitlin Leah Crandell will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Robert A. Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Caitlin Leah Crandell to Darian Jerald Ozymandias Crandell. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
