PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE 2024-2027 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (TIP) The KYOVA Interstate Planning Commission is updating the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Fiscal Years 2024-2027 and invites the public to submit comments on the draft plan. The TIP is available for public review online during a 30-day comment period from March 10, 2023 through April 10, 2023 and can be accessed by visiting http:/kyovaipc.org omments_announcements.php. In-person public open houses will be held from 4:00pm-6:00pm on the following dates: March 28, 2023 at KYOVA’s office – 400 Third Ave. Huntington, WV 25701; March 29, 2023 at the ODOT Lawrence County Garage – 364 Commerce Dr, Ironton, OH 45638; and March 30, 2023 at the Ashland Transportation Center – 99 15th Street Ashland, KY 41101.
