You must appear at a hearing scheduled for April 7, 2023 at 09:00 AM in the Circuit Court of Barbour County, located at Courthouse, Second Floor, 26 N. Main St., Philippi, WV 26416 and/or defend any such rights by serving a response upon the Barbour County Circuit Clerk or the Barbour County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Keith Skeen, whose address is PO Box 116, Philippi, WV 26416.
