NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authorityvested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated January 27, 2010, executed by Borrower, Robert E Lee, toWilliam B. Summers, Esq., the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Book 2321, at Page454. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 1054 Harrison Street, Milton, WV 25541. WV Trustee Services, LLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated January 24, 2023, of record in the Clerk’s Office inBook 414, Page 479. The borrower(s) defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have beeninstructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. West Virginia, on November 8, 1946 in Map Book 5, as Map 2, as THEWESTERLY 46 FEET OF LOT NO. 2, and being more particularly described asfollows: BEGINNING at a point in the south line of Harrison Street, which point is easterly 48 feet from the point of intersection of the said line of HarrisonStreet with the east line of Pike Street if said lines were produced to intersection, said beginning point being a corner between Lots 1 and 2; thence with the said line of Harrison Street easterly 46 feet; thence southerly,parallel to and 4 feet west of the line between Lots 2 and 3, 130 feet; thence westerly and parallel to the said line of Harrison Street 46 feet; thencenortherly with the line between said Lots 1 and 2, 130 feet to the point of BEGINNING; reserving however, as an casement for utility line the southerly 5 feet of the described property. Hall, his wife, by Deed dated May 20, 1949, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission ofCabell County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 413, at page 244; thence with the north line of Lot No. 2 of the Hall Addition to the town of Milton a distanceof 1.50 feet; thence southerly and parallel with the east line of Lot No. 2 adistance of 70.00 feet; thence in an easterly direction and parallel with thenorth line of Lot No. 2 a distance of 1.50 feet; thence with the division line of Lot No. 2 and the parcel conveyed by the above referenced Deed (Book 413,page 244) a distance of 70.00 feet to the place of BEGINNING, estimated tocontain 105 square feet. Subject to any and all covenants, restrictions,easements and reservations which may be a matter of record in the Clerk`sOffice aforesaid and running with the land.
