Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of May, 2023, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Aaron and Heather Bailey will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge David H. Wilmoth, for the entry of an order to said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Dustin Glen Lee Roberts to Dustin Glen Lee Bailey. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
