NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATES
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the following decedent’s estate:
Doris Jean Poling
The Final Settlement and/or Waiver of Final Settlement in the above captioned estate has been presented before me by the respective Fiduciary of said estate for approval, which reports were retained in my office at 26 High Street, Elkins, West Virginia, for a ten day period therefrom.
I have approved this report of Settlement as presented and will file the same with the Honorable County Commission of Randolph County, West Virginia, on March 23, 2023.
Any person having any interest in said estate may appear before the Honorable County Commission to protect their interests as they may appear or else may be forever thereafter barred from asserting such interest.
