REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Cabell County Schools is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of a single manufacturer’s commercial-grade greenhouse. The greenhouse will be constructed on an existing concrete pad. The bids should be signed, sealed, and delivered to the board office no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, April 14, 2023. If bids are submitted by postal orother delivery services, they must arrive prior to the time stated above and beenclosed in an outer envelope identified with “Greenhouse Proposal” highlighted on the outside of the outer envelope. Bids willbe opened in the Board of Education board room. Sealed bids should be sent to Tim Hardesty at Cabell County Schools, 2850 5th Ave, Huntington, WV 25702. The successful bidder shall be required to pay no less than the U.S. Department of Labor minimum wage rates established for Cabell County, West Virginia. Bidders will be required to provide a Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond each equal to one hundred percent of the Bid Price. The bond shall be included inthe sealed bid packet.
