It is hereby ordered that, TOMMY KELBAUGH Respondent, serve upon CINDY L KELBAUGH, Petitioner, whose address is 1802 31st Street, Parkersburg, WV 26104, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before May 9, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
