Pursuant to section 46-9-504 of the West Virginia Uniform Commercial Code, Mountain Valley Bank, N.A. will sell to the highest cash bidder on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Mountain Valley Bank, Chenoweth Creek Office, Elkins WV, the following repossessed vehicle:

The sale of the above-described vehicle will be made WITHOUT WARRANTY, and the Bank reserves the right to (1) bid at the public sale, (2) to reject bids at the public sale and (3) to continue such sale to any other time and place by announcement of such continuance at the time and place set forth herein.
The vehicle to be sold may be inspected at Mountain Valley Bank, Chenoweth Creek Office, Elkins, WV.
