THE ABOVE NAMED JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN FATHER OF E.C.M.M. AN INFANT, AND JOHN ROE, UNKNOWN FATHER OF K. C. M. AN INFANT:
THE OBJECT OF THIS PROCEEDING IS TO ADJUDICATE AN ALLEGATION ABUSE AND/OR NEGLECT BY THE FATHER OF K. C. M., AN INFANT.
It is hereby ordered that you, appear at the Adjudicatory Hearing on the Amended ition filed in this matter, for the purpose of determining whether the above named dren are abused and neglected by the Respondents as set forth in the Amended ition. This matter is set for an adjudicatory hearing on the 1st day of May, 2023 at 9:15 1. o’clock or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the courtroom of the cuit Court of Pleasants County, West Virginia, at St. Marys, West Virginia.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be en against you wherein your paternal rights to said E.C.M. M. and K. C. M., infants, be terminated or otherwise affected.
