Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of May 2023, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner(s), Lacey Davis, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her childs name from Adalynn Grace Nichole Garner to Adalynn Grace Nichole Davis. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
