3/4 Ton Pickup Truck with a Utility Body
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of a 3/4 ton pickup truck with a utility body for the Utility Board.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the Vienna Utility Board Office at 210 60 th Street between the hours of 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
Sealed proposals will be received until Friday April 21, 2023, at 9:00am , at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Prospective bidders may contact Craig Metz at (304) 295-4543, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
