REQUEST FOR BID The City of Huntington (City) is issuing this solicitation for bids from West Virginia certified vendors for the application of an asphalt rejuvenating agent on designated streets within the city limits of Huntington. The City will enter into a one (1) year contract with the winning bidder for this work with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Solicitation documents may be found on BidExpress.com. Questions must be submitted through BidExpress and will be accepted until 2:00 pm local time on May 1st, 2023. Bids must be submitted using BidExpress.com and will be accepted until 10:00 am local time on May 4th, 2023.
