Biser, counsel for Petitioners, at 511 Eighth Street, Huntington, WV 25701 and upon the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, at 750 5th Avenue, #114, Huntington, WV 25701, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before May 25th, 2023. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial may be taken against you.
