NOTICEOF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deedof Trust dated October 23, 2008, from David Hughes to Casie McGee, Trustee, ofrecord in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County,West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 2252, at page 279, securing a promissory note in the principalamount of $51,690.30, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., anddefault having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaidDeed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., theundersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the CabellCounty Courthouse in Huntington, West Virginia, on May 26, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.,subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters whichappear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain pieceor parcel of real estate, together with the improvements thereon andappurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Union District, Cabell County,West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the mouthof a ravine, on the right hand fork of Nine Mile Creek; then approximately 550feet east direction to a ravine; thence north approximately 750 feet followingthe ravine to the fence line; thence following the fence line west to theravine and fence line; thence following the ravine south to the place ofbeginning, containing approximately twenty (20) acres, be the same more orless.
