Invitation to Bid Concrete Project Mingo County Schools will receive sealed bids by written proposal for concrete work as specified during a pre-bid conference. The sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 am, May 10th, 2023. The sealed bid shall be mailed or delivered to Mingo County Board of Education District Office, 110 Cinderella Road, Williamson WV, 25661. Envelopes shall be made to the Attention of Beth Daniels, Treasurer. The sealed envelope should be marked “Concrete work Gilbert K8”. Items to submit in the bid: 1. A written proposal based on specifications given at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. 2. West Virginia Contractors License 3. West Virginia Business Registration Certificate 4. Proof of Insurance (General Liability, Workers Comp., etc.) with Mingo County Schools listed as additional insured. 5. West Virginia Form 73 “Drug Free Workplace Conformance Affidavit” A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place at Gilbert K8 (former Gilbert High) football field, located West of 100 Lion Driver Gilbert, WV 25621, beginning at 10:00 am on May 5th, 2023. The successful bidder will be required to agree to the terms and conditions similar to WV Form 96 and execute a written agreement.
