And it appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the last known address of Hunter Gage Waggoner is unknown, or is avoiding service, it is hereby ORDERED that HUNTER GAGE WAGGONER, serve upon Justin M. Raber, counsel for the Petitioners, whose address is P. O. Box 345, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26102, a response or any defense you have to this action on or before the 1st day of July, 2023. A hearing on the Petition for Adoption will be held on the 10th day of July, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. before the Hon. J.D. Beane, Circuit Court Judge, located at #2 Government Square, Room 421, Parkersburg, WV. If you fail to do so, judgement will thereafter be taken against you.
