It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that KEITH RYNELL KELLEY is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, KEITH RYNELL KELLEY Respondent, serve upon STEPHANIE LYNNE KELLEY, Petitioner, whose address is 74 Oak Street, Parkersburg, WV 26104, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before June 5, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
