Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of May, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Whitney Arlene Shaffer will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Robert Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Whitney Arlene Shaffer to Whitney Tabitha Douglas. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
