On or about 10/07/2018 W.W. the above-named child was born to LOTUS BROWN. It appears that the whereabouts of the mother, LOTUS BROWN of the above-named child are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JUNE 21, 2023, at the hour of 3:45 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable J.D. BEANE, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The mother, LOTUS BROWN has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation JAMES GRIESACKER, PO BOX 63, EVANS, WV 25241 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 916-7020.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, LOTUS BROWN, with respect to the above-named child, W.W.
