And being the same property of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia in Deed Book 484 at Page 506. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Petitioner, herein, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of some of the Respondents, without success, it is ORDERED, that the Respondents, above named, particularly Polly Fields, serve upon Ryan Turner, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 741 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the 6th day of June 2023, otherwise judgement by default, upon proper hearing, may be taken against the Respondents at any time thereafter. Further, a final hearing regarding the Petitioner’s Petition to Permit Administrator to Sell Real Property is scheduled before the Honorable Jason Fry on June 13, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the Wayne County Courthouse, Wayne, West Virginia.
