LEGAL NOTICE May 16, 2023 The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Option Care Health, Inc., CON File #23-12-12681-A, for the Merge Agreement with Option Care. Uintah Merger Sub, Inc. (the “Merger Sub”), Option Care’s subsidiary created for the purposes of this merger transaction, shall merge with and into Amedisys (the “Merger”). Amedisys will continue as the surviving corporation in the Merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Option Care. The capital expenditure is $24,000,000.
