Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of April 2023, at 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner Thanh Lai, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Watersfor the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her childs name from Hung Thinh Nguyen to Joseph Nguyen At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
