You are hereby notified that KIM SNIDER, EXECUTOR of the above Decedent’s Estate, has filed the Executor’s FINAL SETTLEMENT with me and I have completed my Fiduciary Commissioner’s Report to said Commission, and will hold the Report in my office for a period of 10 days from this date for inspection of all interested parties. TO THE HONORABLE COUNTY COMMISSION OF WOOD COUNTY,
WEST VIRGINIA:
Dated: May 12, 2023
Your Commissioner reports that KIM SNIDER, Executor of the estate of CARL E. ARGABRITE, DECEASED, filed with your Commissioner the Waiver of Final Settlement. Your Commissioner reports that he embraced in the list of fiduciaries, whose accounts were before him for settlement, the name of said KIM SNIDER, as Executor, which was prepared by him and published in Wood County, West Virginia, in a newspaper once a week for two successive weeks, the first publication being on May 17, 20 23
Your Commissioner reports that the Executor has collected and disbursed the funds of the estate as set forth in the Waiver of Settlement filed herewith, and has submitted a satisfactory Accounting of the same, and, therefore, he recommends that the Commission approve the Annual Settlement.

The foregoing settlement has been retained in my office for ten (10) days from the date of completion thereof, for the inspection of all the parties interested, for the purpose of allowing exceptions thereto, and written notice was given to all known parties in interest by mailing a notice of the completion of said settlement to the last known address of the parties, and ten (10) days have elapsed since the giving of said notice, your Commissioner reports that no exceptions have been filed with him.
