Jackson County Schools will be accepting bids for the construction of a new bus garage. The project will consist of minimal site development including utilities to the new building. The metal building will be approximately 4,800 sq ft with three bays, one of which will be a pull-through with doors on each end of the building. Bidding documents are available at
www.pickeringplanroom.com on June 6, 2023. Documents can be downloaded for free or hard copies can be ordered for the cost of printing. A Prebid meeting will be held at Jackson County Schools Transportation Garage located at 335 South Church Street, Ripley, WV on June 19, 2023, at 10:00 AM. Bids will be due at 1:00 PM on June 30, 2023, at the Jackson County Schools Board of Education located at # 1 School Street, Ripley, WV, at which time and place there will be a public bid opening.
