NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by HERMAN PRINCE, JR. to K. E. MCGINNIS and J. MAURICE CLARK, dated the 24th day of October, 2011, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 718, at page 24, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed KERRY E. ADKINS as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 26th day of May, 2023, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 861, at page 702, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS, Substitute Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on July 5, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., at the East Front Door of the Court House of Wayne County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain tract or parcel of land situated on Lynn Creek, in Union District, Wayne County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bound and described as follows: BEGINNING at a 2″ pipe (set) in a branch in the northerly line of Lynn Creek Road near the end of a culvert under said road; Thence leaving said line of road and with the meanderings of said branch, generally along the following seven (7) calls: North 25 deg. 02 min.
