NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 11th day of July, 2023, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Raleigh County Housing Authority & Agent: Joe Leighton of Severn Development Company, LLC for the purpose of Conditional Use permit for a 30 apartment units of ederly housing on property located at 282 George Street, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 26C, Parcel 23 & 24, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by July 10th, 2023, will be considered.
