This is notice that on the 11th day of July, 2023, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Cheng Sum T & Xue Ni & Agent: Dan Hart for the purpose of Conditional Use permit for a 6 Townhouses on property located at 131 Sherman Heights, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 1009, Parcel 34 & 35, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
