INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE
JACKSON PARK POOL RENOVATION
Sealed bids for the proposed Jackson Park Pool Renovation, will be received by the City of Vienna, attention, Melissa Elam, 609 29th Street, Vienna, West Virginia, 26105 until 11:00am, on July 26, 2023, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by Omni Associates – Architects which will be available as of June 21, 2023
The project will be bid under a Single Prime Contract. The project consists of the following:
The project consists of renovations to the existing pool facility at Jackson Park in Vienna, WV. The project will include removal of the existing kid’s wading pool, pool deck, fence, and pool equipment building. The main pool will have the existing liner replaced, as well as other improvements. The existing bathhouse is being renovated and expanded. New facility features include a pool equipment room, double slide tower with run-outs, new pool deck, shade structures, and a new kid’s wading pool. The expanded deck area will be enclosed by a new fence and retaining wall. Additionally, work is being done to replace sidewalks adjacent to the pool buildings. Further work related to the project is described in the Contract Documents.

Mandatory Pre-bid Conference:
A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at the City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105 at 10:00am on July 5, 2023.
Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids will be returned unopened to the Bidders. City of Vienna reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities.
