INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Pineville, WV will accept sealed, itemized proposals until July 12, 2023, at 4:00 pm for the following:
one (1) three (3) ton heat pump
and
one (1) four (4) ton heat pump
both to be installed at Town Hall, 296 Appalachian Highway, Pineville, WV. Bids received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened. Bids must be mailed to: Town Manager/Heat Pump Bid; PO Box 220; Pineville, WV 24874 or you may hand deliver your sealed bid to Town Hall. The Town of Pineville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities. Proof of one-million-dollar (1,000,000) liability insurance is required at the time of bid. Bid opening and consideration of award will be at the Town Council meeting on July 17, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. Contact Town Manager Toni Stewart at 304-732-6255 Ext 4 for further information. After the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days. The Bidder, if successful and awarded the contract, agrees that all work is to be completed within the timeframe of five (5) days.
