Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of July, 2023 at 1:30 o’clock p.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge Robert A. Waters, Donald Gay Rhodes, II will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of any order by said Court changing his name from DONALD GAY RHODES, II to DONALD GAY RHODES, JR., at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
