The object of the above-referenced matter is certain real property located within Raleigh County, West Virginia.
The Plaintiff is seeking relief against the Defendants in regard to said real property. A scheduling conference has been scheduled for Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. before the Honorable Robert Burnside, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, located at 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, to grant the relief sought in the Complaint.
TO MARTIN NJOKU: It appearing that the whereabouts of MARTIN NJOKU are presently unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that MARTIN NJOKU shall serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney: Adam D. Taylor, Esq., Taylor & Hinkle, Attorneys at Law, Inc., 115 1/2 S. Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the Civil Complaint filed in this action, on or before August 7, 2023. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
