The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Charleston Area Medical Center, Inc., CON File #23-1-12747-A, for Charleston Area Medical Area Center, Inc. to acquire Beckley Oncology Associates, Inc., d/b/a Carl Larson Cancer Center in Beckley, Raleigh County, WV. Capital Expenditure $6,500,000.
