The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that GUY DANIEL FORVOUR is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, GUY DANIEL FORVOUR Respondent, serve upon BROOKE ASHLEY BRADLEY, Petitioner, whose address is 1807 Cameron Ave., Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 11, 2023.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
