The object of the above-referenced action are contempt proceedings regarding the parties named herein.
And it appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the last known address of Peter Vernatter, is unknown, or is avoiding service, it is hereby ORDERED that PETER VERNATTER, serve upon Justin M. Raber, counsel for the Petitioner, whose address is P. O. Box 345, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26102, a response or any defense you have to this action on or before the 10th day of September, 2023. A hearing on the Petition will be held on the 18th day of September, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. before the Hon. Ellen L. Smith, Family Court Judge, located at 315 Market Street, Parkersburg, WV. If you fail to do so, judgement will thereafter be taken against you. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
