LEGAL NOTICE
The County Commission of Wood County will be accepting sealed bids for the demolition and removal of all structures and the removal of trash and debris for property located 267 Larkmead Road, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
Detailed specifications may be obtained in the Wood County Compliance Office, 1 Court Square, Room 204, Parkersburg, WV or requested by email to [email protected] .
All sealed bids must be received in the County Administrator’s Office, Room 205 of the Wood County Courthouse, no later than 9:30 A.M. on August 21, 2023; with bid opening to be held in the regular scheduled meeting of the County Commission at 10:00 A.M., August 21, 2023.
The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
