It appearing to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, that a Petition has been filed requesting that the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, change the name of Carlee Jo Vannatter-Grove to Carlee Jo Grove. It is ORDERED that any person or persons claiming an interest in the proceeding herein shall appear in the Office of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on the 11th day of September, 2023, at 11:30 o’clock a.m., and object or make other defense to the Petition, if they do so desire, otherwise the name of Carlee Jo Vannatter-Grove shall be changed to Carlee Jo Grove.
