HEATING SYSTEM
The Raleigh County Commission (RCC) will accept sealed bids for furnishing and installing a natural-gas fan-coil heating system in the Raleigh County Courthouse located at 215 Main St., Beckley, WV. The work scope includes three new boilers (approx. 100K BTU each), approximately 30 fan-coil heating registers, all corresponding wiring, piping and venting equipment.
Prospective bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on 1:00 PM August 22 at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, WV; call (304) 255-9146 for more information.
Any final addendum to the bid package shall be made available to all eligible bidders before August 25, 2023.
SEALED bids are to be received at the Raleigh County Commission, 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801, by 4:00 PM on Sept 1, 2023. Envelopes are to be marked “Courthouse Heating”.
