LEGAL NOTICE – BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 8A, ARTICLE 24 OF THE CODE OF WEST VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED, AND THE PARKERSBURG ZONING ORDINANCE A-2530 AS ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 27, 1973, THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2023, IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA, TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING APPEALS:

4. NATALIE COOKE, 915 EMERSON AVENUE, REQUESTING PERMISSION TO OPEN A PHYSCIAL THERAPY OFFICE IN A B-1 DISTRICT (IN MOTION PHYSICAL THERAPY).
5. WILLIAM & TERESA RUSSELL, 800 HILLCREST ST, REQUESTING A VARIANCE TO INSTALL A DOUBLE-WIDE HOME ON A PERMANENT FOUNDATION , THE HOME WILL BE TEN YEARS OLD OR LESS, ON A VACANT LOT LOCATED IN AN R-3 DISTRICT.
