NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF
ZONING APPEALS OF
THE CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Beckley Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, the 21st day of September 2023 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley, on the petition of Raleigh County Board of Education, owner, requesting a Conditional Use Permit to have two parking lots adjacent to Thurmond Street. (Tax Map 40, Parcels 83, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100 and 100.1).
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
