The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital Corporation & Camden-Clark Physician Corporation, CON File #23-5-12755-P to develop an ambulatory health care facility through the acquisition of a physician practive in Parkersburg, Wood County, WV. The capital expenditure is $125,000.
